The end of beta has finally occurred with this we can no longer implement features to the game and can now only work on fixing bugs and tweaking stuff. In the beta I had a massive issue getting unity physics to cooperate with the wall running. In the end it is working… kinda. I am now having issues where it will detect you wall running when you are just running along the ground. On the bright side I managed to make massive optimizations to the shader code as well as rip out all the raycasting in the game so now it is almost non existent on the programming end with the foot print on performance. Now I just have to hope the art team doesn’t try to kill me again getting post processing in the game.
